What are templates and how to use them in the messages. Different template types and single and multiple video templates. Templates are a great way to make your message stand out. We have a great collection of templates to choose from for any mood or occasion. 

Select “Message Templates” on the left navigation panel. You can select from templates that the cheers video mail design team has created for you. To do so, click on the template type drop down list and select “System”. Then click on the search button. You will notice a list of templates for various occasions. You can sort these templates by the category such as birthday, business domain such as personal and style such as a postcard. Then click on the search button. Your search will be filtered. There is a lot you can do with the templates and to see your options, click on the edit button. The next video has a demonstration on how to start a new message with a template.

Let’s start a new message with this template. Here you can add an image , video, text etc to your template. You can also add multiple videos to your templates. You can save and send this message to your receipt, schedule to send it at a later time/day or you can save it as draft. 

Production Templates allow you to customize the first frame and layout of your video message. You can customize the recording resolution, default poster and the stamp. Click on “Production Templates” on the left navigation bar. You will see a list of templates our team has created for you. You can preview any of these templates by clicking on the magnifying glass. You can also customize your template. We have a detailed video on our website under tutorials that shows you how to customize a production template.
