We have a Videos Library and Other Libraries

Libraries contain your personal documents, images, videos, and screen recordings which can be easily accessible. Instead of browsing for files on your computer each time you want to use them, you can simply go into your libraries and select them. This is especially useful for pictures and videos that you use regularly. 

I will start this module with the Documents Library under Other libraries on the left navigation bar.

 You can add various types of documents such as text files, pdfs, excel sheets and even documents with images in this library. Click on the “Add New Document” button and give it a title. If the document source is set to “upload to server” you can browse a file you would like to add to your library. Then click upload and add a description. Click save once done. Alternatively, you can also link a document by setting the document source to”linked item” and adding a reference link in the “source reference”. Check off active and click save. You can click on edit if you want to update or delete your document or you can choose to view it in a new tab. 

You can add your important and favourite images in the images library. Images library is managed and used in a similar manner as the documents library.
