The video begins by explaining what screen recording is, why and how you would use it. Various ways to record your screen and different formats and template options. There is also a demo on how to record your screen and how to reproduce a video.

 Recording your screen is a great way to showcase or explain things more effectively. You can record your screen by clicking on the “Screen Recording’ icon at the top of the page or you can click on “Videos Library” on the left navigation sidebar. Then click on screen recordings and select ”Start Screen Capture Recording”.

Next, You will be prompted to install an extension. Click on the link to install it and then refresh your page to be able to start recording.

Click on “Start Screen Capture Recording” at the top of the page. 

Screen recording page will display. 

Give your screen recording a title and select your production template. 

Production templates give you an option of including graphic, stamp and text to your video.

You can also have text displayed on your video by inserting it in the Poster Overlay” section. 

You can choose to include all three or whichever option you would like by selecting from the drop down list.

You can click on the “Copy Video Title” icon to keep the video title and the poster overlay the same. Click on the “Start Screen Capture” icon to select a screen to record. 

Application Window lets you share a specific application window. If another documents or a browser is opened, it will not capture it. Where as 

“Your Entire screen option” captures anything that is displayed on the screen.

Chrome Tab option lets you pick one specific tab to share. 

Once you have selected your desired screen, click on share. 

There are two video formats to select from: VGA and nHD( Resolution). Depending on your machine, one of these formats will be better fit for you. You can play around and see which one of the two you like the best. 

If you want a frame for your video, you can take a photo of your screen by clicking on the “Snap Poster Photo”. This is completely optional.

Click on the “Start Recording” button when you are ready to record your screen.

You will be able to use your cursor to point to different items and navigate through different features. You can also record your voice if you wish to do so. This is a very useful feature to explain and show things more clearly.

Once you’re done recording, click on the same button to stop recording.

You can preview your screen recording on the window beside it. If you are not satisfied with your results you can re-record by clicking on the “Start Recording”button again.

Otherwise, you can click on save and upload.

You should receive a “saved successfully” message.

From the next page, you can start a message from video, share your screen recorded video online with the public URL or you use the embed code.

You can also reproduce your screen recording. Incase you are not happy with your current video format or template, you can update that and then click on “Save And Overwrite And Upload”. You also have the option to reproduce the entire screen recorded video again.
