How to upload a video.
Uploading a video lets you select a video that you have recorded outside of Cheers Video Mail.
This can be found in your device library or you can grab a YouTube or Vimeo link.
To upload a video, click on Videos Library and select Other Videos from the left navigation sidebar. Click Create New Video at the top of the page.
The following page will display. Give your video a title.
If you have a script for your video or you would like to include some information about the video, you can add it in the video content script section.
Select the Resolution, HD or VGA.
Check off the Is Portrait box if the video you are uploading was recorded in portrait mode.
Select the Production Template you would like to use for this video.
You also have the ability to insert a video from YouTube, Vimeo, or another site. Select the video source to copy and paste the link here.
If you are uploading a video from your device, click on browse to find the video and then click on upload to add it.
You also have the option of adding a poster image for the video.
Click on browse to find the image and then click on upload to add it.
You can also add a poster overlay text to your video.
Ensure that active is checked off so that you are able to include this video in your messaging.
Click save once you're done.
