When you sign into your account, the dashboard is the first screen that you will see. This video will help you understand and navigate through your Cheers Video Mail dashboard.
Understanding your Dashboard. When you first sign in, you will be taken to your dashboard.
Above the dashboard are your quick icons.
You have the ability to search your inbox, compose a new message, record a new video or go directly to your inbox. At the top of your dashboard, you will see a layout of your plan and subscription level.
You will be able to see what your storage capacity is.
As well as how many emails you can send per month.
How many contacts you can store.
And the maximum length for which you can record a video.
If you want to see a breakdown of your storage, click on view details.
When you click on view details, the following page will show you a breakdown. You can also add a new contact directly from the dashboard! Simply click on add new contact. The following page will display for you to fill out your new contact's details. You can also record a new video directly from your dashboard.
Simply click on record new video. When you click on record new video, the following page will display for you to start recording. Next on the dashboard you will find an overview of the general statistics for the emails you have sent this month. In the general rates section, you will see the performance of your video mails. Your tracking and notification panel helps you keep track of the status of your video mails.
You can see when a message has been sent.
Who has opened your message. Who has played your video. And, when you have sent a message.
You can also click on view all to see more notifications. When you click on view all, the following page will display all of your notifications. Finally, use the navigation bar on the left to explore the rest of Cheers! Video Mail.
